I bought this as a gift in February. My decision was primarily based on the 10-year warranty, as I have had to replace several rabbit style openers over the years. It worked like a dream for two weeks, then something suddenly snapped inside. We returned it as instructed (at our expense)and it took six weeks and several phone calls before we received the replacement. The replacement is the same style, but it is a completely different color and it comes in a cheap looking wood box.
