I love this it is indispensable for entertaining. I make huge batches of stew in this and freeze them in portions. It heats wonderfully. Like any of their stuff it takes a long while for it to heat up but when it does it keeps its heat.Word of warning don't use metal spoons or it will scrape the bottom. The cleaner that you can buy for it is a must and it brings it up beautifully.Also it is very heavy especially when full and it does require a bit of strength to move it from oven etc.this size is great if you entertain a lot or make batches of things.
