I have had my eye on this pot to add to my collection for a long time, but was avoiding the price. It is on sale at the Le Creuset Outlet this month for 249.99 - a veritable steal! I bought it yesterday. I own MANY pieces of Le Creuset; they are indeed heirloom quality and perfect for cooking anything that needs to cook at a steady, low heat. They are fabulous in the oven, too.
